The villa is close to a children’s play area, and is comprehensively equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
LIVING:
The villa’s vaulted ceilings give so much extra light, while keeping the inside extra cool, and shutters at all the windows give the property a very traditional feel.
The spacious lounge has three sets of French doors opening onto the garden and private pool terraces. It is sumptuously furnished with a leather settee which comfortably seats 6, superb wooden dining table and chairs.
FACILITIES:
The villa benefits from Air Conditioning and Central Heating in all rooms.
For entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, and a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, American-style fridge freezer with ice dispenser, kettle, toaster, etc. All pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. There is also a private utility area with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
OUTSIDE:
There is an outside covered BBQ area with large table and 6 chairs. The garden has private swimming pool, outside shower, tiled patio areas, with plenty of space to sit in or out of the sun. Sunloungers are provided for you to top up your tan beside the pool.
