Spacious, brand new, detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private swimming pool located on the front line of this Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.
Although it is front line, the nearest tee is forward of the villa which means that no stray balls can be hit into the property.
The beautiful, tranquil setting is sure to appeal to families who are looking for a relaxing holiday or to golfers who will enjoy playing on this and the many other golf courses within the area.
The villa, with marble floors throughout, has both air conditioning and central heating, and so is ideal for all year round enjoyment.
Interior: With its double height ceiling and high cathedral windows, the living/dining room is light and airy and has three sets of french doors leading to the large outside terrace and swimming pool. Comfortable Italian leather sofas, marble coffee tables, and contemporary dining table and chairs complete the picture. There is a flat screen HD ready television with UK terrestrial and freeview channels, and for guests from outside the UK, there are various channels from other European countries. A DVD player is provided for you to watch your own DVDs or play your CDs.
All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom, which also has French doors leading to the pool, has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, twin washbasins, vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The other bathroom has a large shower room, vanity unit, toilet and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge/ freezer, halogen hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer etc. All utensils, crockery and glassware are provided. In addition there is a utility area with washing machine /dryer. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Exterior: Under the covered barbeque area, there is a large glass topped table with 6 chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. A built in Australian style gas fired split hob grill and barbeque is installed. For relaxing by the poolside, there are two sun recliners provided..
Under the pergola, there is comfortable seating and tables for everyone to enjoy their favourite drink.
The price per week includes meet and greet at the resort, cleaning of the villa prior to arrival and the supply of fresh linen and towels on a weekly basis.
There is parking for two cars at the front of the property and a children’s play area nearby.
