Villa Mourisca is a brand new three bed roomed air-conditioned villa with a swimming pool on Polaris World’s flagship El Valle Golf Resort, less than five minutes away from the first tee. Recently furnished to a high standard in keeping with the stunning architecture this is the perfect retreat for families and golfers alike.
LOUNGE/ DINING AREA.
A wonderful spacious area with a high beamed ceiling together with marble tiled floors throughout gives an excellent airy feeling on the hottest of days. There is a dining table and six chairs, together with luxurious leather settees and chairs. In the lounge area there is a flat screen digital TV providing you with Sky Sports, Movies, BBC, ITV and RTE programmes. In addition there is a DVD player and Hi Fi system. The large French windows give an immense amount of light as they open out on to the swimming pool and terrace as well as providing magnificent views of the mountains.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
There are three bedrooms including a double ensuite bedroom with a beautiful marble double vanity unit, Jacuzzi bath toilet and shower (this bedroom has two single beds that can be zipped together). In addition there are two spacious twin bedrooms, each with two single beds. These two bedrooms have the use of a separate marble bathroom with shower and bidet. A hairdryer is also provided.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has been fitted out to a fabulous specification by Bosch with an American style fridge freezer complete with icemaker, dishwasher, integrated oven ad hob, microwave and washing machine. All the crockery, utensils and glassware you could possibly need are included. In addition an iron and an ironing board are provided.
OUTSIDE
There is a large tiled terraced area surrounding the property which means you can enjoy either sun or shade at most times of the day. There is a built in barbecue and an outside dining table with six chairs. In addition there are four sun loungers and two small drinks tables, handily placed for the private swimming pool.
EXTRAS
You will find a small library of books if you fancy some reading by the pool. In addition there is folder of information about the area giving details of day trips, beaches, shops, restaurants and golf courses that is close by. All bed linen and towels are included apart from beach towels. Should you have any special requirements such as a high chair or a cot please let us know. For those of you wanting to access the internet there is an Internet Café in the golf complex.
