RESERVATION:
Full payment for your accommodation will be due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. For last minute bookings (under 6 weeks notice) full payment will be required immediately in addition to the security deposit. The methods of payment we accept are cheque and bank transfer.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit of £200 is to cover cancellations, breakages or damage to the property, fixtures & fittings. Please note the booking shall not be confirmed until we have received both the reservation and security payments in cleared funds.
The security payment will be refunded after a post inspection visit has been completed and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure.
There is a compulsory end of stay cleaning charge of 70 euros per rental. The cleaning charge is payable directly to the key holder upon your arrival.
Extra services include arrival food packs, additional cleaning services etc can be supplied by request.
All bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). The property is strictly non smoking.
