This is a two bedroom townhouse frontline to the golf course, overlooking the 13th tee. It is fully equipped with quality furnishings to an executive standard. There are indoor and outdoor dining facilities and quality patio furniture. There is a shaded patio and a very large sun terrace.

What is Provided?

The house has 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds, one having an extra pull-out bed if needed. There are 2 bathrooms, with one of the bedrooms having en-suite facilities. There is room for five people in the living and dining areas. Bed linen and towels are provided. All kitchen utensils and equipment are provided: cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

A small welcome pack including water and toilet roll is included for your convenience. There is air-conditioning to keep the house cool and also central heating.

The house is in a quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, tennis courts, a west facing garden, a patio area, a sun terrace and panoramic views. If you have a car, there is a private driveway for parking and the outside areas of the house have external lighting.

Is Maid Service Included?

The property is self-catering. The home will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned once again upon your departure. Daily or weekly maid service can be supplied for an additional fee, booked and paid locally.

The Townhouse is furnished to a high standard with inside and outside dining facilities, and comfortable lounge. There is a flat screen TV, with cable, and DVD. The terrace is comfortably furnished.

How Does the Security Deposit Work?

The deposit is held until 14 days after your departure then refunded. The key is collected from a key safe, with the numbers changing between rentals for security. Clients should call the freephone number below or email a few days before starting their holiday.
