The property has two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge diner. A sheltered terrace and garden area are ideal for those lazy days and alfresco evenings.
The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and boasts air conditioning and central heating. Cable tv brings you english channels as well as a range of international ones.
As the resort is new, on site facilities are limited. Hacienda Riquelme is only a five minute drive to the town of Sucina, which has a choice of bars restaurants and an english supermarket. The resort nestles against the mountains in an unspoilt national park area.
For your stay, towels and linen are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
For the first year we are offering the apartment at a reduced rate of £250.00 per week. or a short stay (minimum 3 nights) at £40.00 per night. In addition a small charge of €50 is payable locally to our agent to cover servicing the apartment on your departure. A £100 security bond cheque is required to be sent with the final balance. This will be returned upon satisfactory checks after your stay. A £50 deposit secures your dates on booking. The balance and bond to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay.
All guests will enjoy a reduction in the usual golf green fees. The apartment rates are per property for up to four people.
We can accomodate up to six, for this a small premium will apply per week booked.
