It is being lovingly restored to house the majority of the resort’s facilities such as restaurants, shops, bars, gymnasium, delicatessen, beauty salon, Turkish baths, pharmacy and medical centre.

This brand new luxurious penthouse is waiting for you. Stylishly furnished, this apartment has a large lounge/dining area, 2 double bedrooms, separate kitchen, utility room, and a four piece bathroom suite.

Bedrooms – Each bedroom has french doors leading out onto a private terrace, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. Beds in both rooms can be converted into doubles or singles depending on your requirements. In each room there is a ceiling fan, dressing mirrors and large built in wardrobes with integral drawers.

Bathroom – Everything you would expect in a bathroom, finished in high quality marble.

Living Area – This area has seating for up to 4 people, there is a 32” Plasma screen TV DVD player and a selection of films available, but feel free to bring your own.
There is also a music system with USB connections for your use. The dining area has an elegant table with seating for 6 people. Step through the patio doors where you will find a large private terrace, fully furnished for alfresco dining and relaxing. There is comfortable seating and a gas BBQ for your use.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would reasonably expect to find at home. There is also a separate utility room housing the boiler and washing machine.

Outside - From your terrace you will be able to enjoy the sun all day and one of the best views of the golf courses. We are very close to two of the many swimming pools on Riquelme, but not so close the noise spoils your relaxation.

How to get there
Hacienda Riquelme Golf and Spa Resort is five minutes drive from the village of Sucina and 15 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier Airport.
You can also fly into Alicante airport which is an hour’s casual drive. Once out of the airport it is a hassle free journey down the AP7

Changeover times are flexible and dependable upon bookings and time of year.
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. Maid service is available during your stay should you require the apartment cleaned or fresh linen.(€50 per clean).

Prices for the property per week are in UK British Pounds - £300 this is a flat rate during 2008 only, due to limited amenities.) This is to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday.
£100 deposit/bond must be paid at time of booking and to cover against damages. (This will be refunded within two weeks after your stay subject to damages occurred.

Note: prices will not change once booking taken, but prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion on future bookings.
