The apartment itself is a ground floor plot and has a lounge and separate kitchen and one bathroom with fitted shower,which is finished in outstanding marble. The apartment also has a terrace with BBQ and garden furniture as well as garden space. The apartment also has excellent access for disabled and is very child friendly. There is a very large community pool with toddlers splash pool and jacuzzi directly in front of the apartment set amongst landscaped gardens. You look through the pool onto the fantastic Jack Nicklaus golf course. We also have a broadband connection available in the apartment and there is also a telephone that allows incoming calls and free calls to other Polaris World properties.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double bed in this spacious room with fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan to keep you cool.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can be joined together to make a double, there are also fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.
Living Room
The living room has seating for up to 6 people. There is a large double sofabed and a large double settee, the dining area has an elegant table and 4 chairs. Included is a TV which provides English channels and a DVD Hi-Fi with a large selection of films.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all facilities, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and toastie maker and all that you would reasonably expect to find at home.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower with bath seat for those who are disabled, WC with a grab rail and handbasin.
