Our beautiful apartment is situated on the second floor with a balcony that benefits from the sun all day, the perfect place to fully appreciate the magnificent views overlooking the 17th green and lakes of the La Torre golf course. A 2 minute walk takes you to the choice of 2 swimming pools including one for children, and a 5 minute walk takes you to the resorts town centre where you will find a choice of bars, restaurants, hair and beauty salon, bank and the golf clubhouse. These facilities continue to be added too.
BEDROOMS; There are 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and drawers, full air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is central heating for the cooler months. Bedroom 1 opens onto the balcony via French doors.
There are 2 cube fold out beds also available.
LIVING / DINING ROOM: This room is comfortably furnished with 2 x two seater settees, side tables and display cabinets.
There is a dining table that easily sits 6 but will extend to sit 8.
There is T.V which receives English channels, DVD / CD player with a choice of films and music available.
Telephone which receives incoming calls and also enables you to contact the many resort facilities on all the Polaris resorts.
There is full air conditioning and ceiling fans and central heating for the cooler months.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob with extractor, microwave washing machine, tumble drier, toaster, fridge/ freezer, iron& ironing board.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bath and a shower, toilet, bidet, and wash basin.
BALCONY: The balcony is furnished with table, chairs and parasol. There are 6 sun loungers four which are lightweight and portable.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
PRICES: (Per week) a security deposit will be required.
Jan / June £ 300. July / August £ 400 Sept / Dec £ 300.
