The apartment is cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay. There is a charge of € 70 for this service, payable to the key holder on arrival.
A deposit of £100 is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A £150 security deposit is payable with the balance and returned after the final clean.
