Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. Ideal for golfers and those wanting a relaxing break.

Our apartment is located in the most established part of La Torre. If you have a plan of the resort you will see a group of apartments half way down on the right side. Our apartment is close by one of the large swimming pools but does not overlook it; instead it has a west facing aspect across a green open space towards the 11th tee. It is on the ground floor so it has a private garden area as well as the terrace. You can sit outside until late in the evening and watch the sun go down over the golf course and the distant hills. Alternatively, it is a five minute walk across the golf course to the clubhouse in the evening. There is a children’s play area near by.
In the lounge there are a leather sofa and two comfortable armchairs; the dining area has an impressive round marble dining table with four chairs. There is an LCD television (BBC and ITV) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. We also have a water filter tap so there is no need to carry bottled water from the supermarket. We have two single beds in each of the bedrooms, but they can easily be pulled together There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and the convenience of an electronic safe. All the equipment, from the pots and pans to the bedding is of better quality than you would normally find in a rental apartment. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a bidet. Loungers and pool towels are provided. Outside, there is patio furniture on the terrace and a small garden area.
We have rented the apartment to other people and have had excellent feedback about our facilities. We don’t mind short rentals but there is a minimum of 2 nights. There is a rate per day plus a fixed cleaning charge per visit which is payable locally. We also ask for a deposit against breakages; we don’t expect any damage and the deposit will be repaid after the cleaners have inspected the apartment and within seven days of your departure. We have a key-holder on site who will meet you on arrival and take you to the apartment.
We have information sheets on local restaurants and places to visit - please let us know if you would like us to send them. These are all places we have been to. If you would like a welcome pack, please let us know, although, unless you are arriving late at night, the Polaris supermarket has everything you need at reasonable prices. If you do make a booking with us, please let us know what time you expect to arrive.
For the comfort of all guests, please don’t smoke in the apartment. No pets are allowed.
