A frontline two bedroom apartment overlooking a swimming pool and the 18th green. Fully equiped to executive standard, it is only a short walk to the resort town centre.
What is Provided?
The apartment has 2 twin bedrooms. There is room for four people in the living and dining areas. Bed linen and towels are provided. All kitchen utensils and equipment are provided: cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine. A cot and a high chair are available on request.
A small welcome pack including water and toilet roll is included for your convenience. There is air-conditioning to keep the house cool and also central heating.
There is access to a shared swimming pool, tennis courts and all resort facilities. It has a west facing balcony and panoramic views. If you have a car, there is private underground parking and the outside areas of the apartment have external lighting.
Is Maid Service Included?
The property is self-catering. The home will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned once again upon your departure. Daily or weekly maid service can be supplied for an additional fee, booked and paid locally.
What Are the Furnishings Like?
All properties are furnished to a high standard with inside and outside dining facilities and a comfortable lounge. There is a flat screen TV, with cable, and DVD. There are two bedrooms each with twin beds. The terrace is comfortably furnished.
How Does the Security Deposit Work?
The deposit is held until 14 days after your departure then refunded. The key is collected from a key safe, with the numbers changing between rentals for security. Clients should call the freephone number below or email a few days before starting their holiday.
