Apartment. Patio doors from front bedroom and lounge lead onto terrace with table and chairs and views over communal landscaped gardens. Sunloungers are also available. There are spectacular views of the mountains towards Murcia. Air conditioning, radiators in all rooms. There is a lift from the underground private allocated car parking space to apartment. Lovely, large communal pool just one minute away. Our beautiful apartment is very well positioned for a stroll across the resort to the town centre with its excellent 5 star hotel and restaurant, spa, golf shop, coffee bar and terrace bar with golf and lake views. Although the resort is not yet completed, there is now a number of restaurants, an Irish pub and a supermarket, as well as the 5-star golfing facilities. All facilities are no more than 15 minutes walk away. The beaches and resorts of Murcia are 15 minutes drive away as is the resort of Los Alcazares with a magnificent beach and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.

| Other: | The large terrace overlooks gardens and a childrens play area and give stunning views of the mountains towards Murcia and beyond. There is a table and four chairs for al fresco dining as well as two sun loungers. |

Notes on accommodation
The property comes with air-conditioning in the lounge and central-heating throughout. There is plenty of extra blankets, linen and towels, mostly stored under the rattan sofa and chair.
The television picks up BBC & ITV etc along with plenty of other English & foreign channels.

Accessibility
Property is on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor apartment block. Access to the apartment is by stairs or lift.
Outside
The terrace has a table and 4 chairs, perfect for al fresco breakfasts, lunches etc. We also have 2 sun loungers for you to relax in and soak up the sun. 2 communal swimming pools - don't know the size but one looks like a kiddie’s pool and the other is quite large. There is a children’s play area about 2 mins walk away with slides and swings on etc.
