2 BED GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT ON LA TORRE GOLF RESORT
Only a 5 minute stroll to the club house, town center, bar's, restaurant's and supermarket, it is ideally located and over looking two of the best pool's on the resort, one of the pool's is a small paddling pool ideal for small children and is only 30ft in front of the terrace, this is perfect for the none golfer's in the family. There are also several play grounds on the resort.
The apartment is fully equipped for your stay. With 2 twin bedroom's it sleep's 4 people, bed linen, bath and hand towels are all provided for your stay (NOT BEACH TOWELS) ceiling fan's for the summer night's and a radiator for the winter night's. Fitted wardrobe's with hangers and a security safe.
In the lounge there is a TV with satellite TV, DVD and a radio/cd player. There is ample seating for 4 and dining table to seat 4.There is air con in the living area and gas central heating through out.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. Also there is an iron and ironing board.
There is a terrace and a small garden which over look's the pool's, there is a table and chairs and loungers on the terrace, there is also a bbq which can be used in the garden.
The resort it self is situated 15 minutes drive from San Javier (Murica) airport, next to the c3319 motorway.
It is also just 15 minute's drive from the blue flag sandy beaches of the Mar Menor.
THE GOLF COURSE
The golf course it self is 18 hole designed by Jack Nicklaus, it is a par 68 course with 6 par 3's ,a 170 yds over water,2 par 5's,both are approx 500 yds. Accuracy is required for the par 4's, when you book a break on a Polaris resort it gives you full access to all other Polaris resort's facilities. At the moment there are only 2 other course's up and running, these are Mar Menor, a 9 hole par 36 and El Valle, a 18 hole par 71 course, both with in a 10 minute drive. Golf accessories and round's can be pre booked at the fully stocked golf shop via email or phone prior to your arrival. Each course also has there own driving range and putting green and all follow a dress code, the permitted handicap's are 28 for gentlemen and 36 for ladies, a certificate must be shown before playing. If you do not have a certificate then an assessment by the golf pro at La Torre must be pre booked to obtain a certificate at a cost of 15€.
Prices start at £250 per week plus 70€ final clean
Short stays are welcome, from £40 per night plus final clean.
